Return Policy
We hope you'll be completely happy with your new diagnostic tool, but if for any reason you aren't please let us know and we'll do everything we can to put it right
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be sent by tracked post and you should keep the receipt for the postage until we confirm we have received the item back.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original accessories and case and must be unused (unless faulty).
To return an item, please email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the tool is faulty in which case we will send a prepaid envelope, or arrange courier collection
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, and refund your original payment.
