Q: Does it have to be in very good condition?
A: No, we do not resell the old interfaces so it does not need to be in good condition. It must be complete and original though, and it must still work (we may be able to accept a freshly damaged interface, so contact us if in doubt)

Q: Does it have to work?
A: Ideally yes, it must work and be complete, but we may still be able to accept a faulty or damaged interface so please contact us and we'll try to help

Q: I bought it second hand, can I still trade it in?
A: No, sorry the offer is only available to the original owner

Q: I have a 2x2 or an LT adapter. Do I need to send it back?
A: No, the adapters will work fine with your new VCDS interface so please keep hold of them. Only send us the core interface

Q: I have a nice case with my VCDS, do I need to send it back?
A: No, we'll send your new VCDS in one of our very nice clamshell cases, but please keep your case. Only send us the core interface
