The UniCarScan tool will work on any EOBD or OBD2 compliant car and gives you fault codes and live data on the engine management system.

UniCarScan works with all EOBD compliant cars, which are:

• Petrol cars made for sale in the UK and the rest of Europe on or after January 2001
• Diesel cars made for sale in the UK and the rest of Europe after 2004

NOTE, this does not apply to grey import cars which usually do not comply and so do not work with any EOBD tool
