I hope ross tech will get vcds to work on the crafter. i recomended that one of our customer bought a fleet of them .imagine my suprise when i couldn't comunicate with them Huh. i really struggle with  them .i can get aa little bit on eobd but thats it.

As Ash has said, CMT has really good coverage on these, as will Autocom and Wurth, same platform,VCDS really ought to cover these as they are on a VW badge even though a Merc. If Opus can do it then VCDS should do it as well if not better !

Have a look at the CMT on V-Techs site, I reckon this is one of the best aftermarket tools available, it certainly would deal with this problem as posted,I have just had the latest update and this tool gets better and better.

The cmt is good on these but vcds would be great even on engine only as there starting to give dpf faults and need regens now which isnt on cmt.
