No I didn't check the voltage and resistance on 3 and 11. So there should be 60 ohms and 2.5 volt.I will try tkis tomorrow and post you the answer.Thanks

just a quick one i had 2003 galaxy friday no comms to anything apart from engine it was parking sensor ecu under seat going to earth pin 7 obd

ok
sorry for a not responding but I didn't have a chance to look at this. Today I checked pins 3 and 11 resistance =61 ohms  but voltage is only 0.25 volts. Disconnected parking sebsor ecu under the seatr still no comms. One question should I chech voltage beetwen pins or pin and earth? I  checked beetwen pins.Any ideas ? Regards

For resistance you should be checking across pin 11 and 3

For voltage pin 11 and earth,    pin 3 and earth you should see 2.5 volts ignition off

so now I know I have good resistance but the voltage I will check again tomorrow and let you know

ok I have problem with communications sorted there is turbocharging fault left. I will let you know when I find this.
