have seen fuel fipe been kinked with rear end / susp damage . but have seen several cars with crushed fuel and brake lines by numptys at salvage yards picking them up with fork lifts  Angry
worth a look if only to discount it as bieng the cause

    Just nipped out side to turn the ignition on & take a look at the bulbs, they all seem to be where they should be.
 
  The other odd thing that i failed to mention is the car seems to run perfect from cold. when it starts to warm up is when it coughs and splutters
