Hi
any info or tips on how to remove engine mounting plate on above vehicle to gain access to timing belt
tensioner to replace belt have removed eng mountings but unable to get enough room to remove plate

Far as i can remember you need to remove the bolt out of the rear gearbox mounting, which you get at from underneath the car, then you can jack up the engine or else drop it down enough to remove the plate, think you jack it up not sure,

Thanks i will try that have already removed front mounting and exhaust but still not enough room

Loosen subframe bolts, you should be able to jiggle it then.

We used to take transfer box off but I think you can remove just the os driveshaft and exhaust and it will lift enough.
