Removed alternator on a Kia Sedona 06 taxi with 275k on the clock.

Just gotta work out how to get the freewheeling pulley off, its got big female spline in the pulley, but no female torx or hex in the shaft of the alternator. To turn it against...   Argh...

Airgun? I've done a few of the normal type that way before when I have had the alternator off.

Have bought sealy spline tool today, gave it a prolonged beasting with a 3/4 drive airgun.  Not budged at all...  Argh...

Next step will be the grinder, cut into from both sides, release it from the thread that way.
