Does anyone have a listing/ description for this code which is active and clears only to return. It also had code 07315, 10833, 08303. but they all cleared just 08290 left.
 Thanks.

What scanner are you using to read these codes?

Codes have no meaning at all. Get them read by a Fiat- or Alfa- or Lancia-dealer with a Examiner (Plus).
One again Snap-on disappoints everybody.

Well in this case the Dec wont talk to any system on the car, yet the much derived Snap on does at least talk to all that it lists. Yes the airbag codes are undocumented, but the management and ABS wernt and were correct, so in this case the much heralded DEC was the disappointment Grin
Will put it on the examiner tomorrow when I get back to the workshop as my other electrician had it with him today in a different town. Smiley

Sparki,

Are you running the latest 9:5:5 software on your DEC as I found one or two vehicle that I have been into quite happily before with the DEC, giving that K line problem error.

Also have you checked the connections tab as it may need the SSC-16 connector.

If you still cannot get in call Luke at Maverick when you are connected to the vehicle as that is what they have specifically asked people to do.

Luke is a good guy and if he cannot sort it he will get Roman on the case for you.

Hi Topgun
Found if I called it an 807 It was no problem! Interestingly the examiner gave the fault code to be front and rear tensioners  right, open circuit but only one code?  Further digging revealed the two tensioners to actually be wired in series which doesn't help the scanner to much! Grin
Are you saying the latest software is causing this message with k line?
          Cheers
