Hi all

Still trying to work it out but i still intermittantly have RPM and engine sync but I don't seem to have fuel, there is a mode on datalogger I don't know whether it's for fuel demand or start but that says no.

I still have the CKP fault code

Hi

FRP is very low 5-6 bar rising to 48 when cranking which is no where near enough, I have been advised that this may be due to the engine not seeing RPM and not building up pressure.

This fault code is always present :

P0336 CRANK SENSOR

The following has been carried out under guidence

New Sensor

Own wiring ran from PCM to Sensor

New Crank Pulley and pick up ring

The PCM is not picking up the RPM but is picking up a signal but is not a smooth waveform as expected

I am trying to get a picture to post

Dyl,

Can you just clarify when you say PCM voltage was too high during cranking.  Is that the supply voltage to the PCM?
