Accent 1.3 Auto 2000 on model type

P0713  Transmission Fluid Temp Sensor Circuit - High Input

P1529 Unknown (see below)


Just had a quick look at this, and struggling with info and also I've only got EOBD comms.

The MIL lamp comes on intermittently, but no apparent other symptoms.

From what I can gather from a quick surf on the internet the P1529 dtc is allegedly a TCM dtc informing PCM to switch the MIL on, therefore, if this is correct, then the root problem is P0713.  This dtc is for high input, ie; short to pos, temp sensor fault, TCM fault etc.  I appreciate that I really need to be able to communicate with TCM, but I thought I'd just throw it out here and see if any of you have some better information/experience on these.

Can anybody confirm the above , and any known common problems with these?

Your assumption about P1529 is correct. You can ignore that one.
