Hi,

I have an 2002 Audi tt 225 bhp with a fuel gauge fault i have replaced both tank sender units (OE)

The gauge reads full then as fuel used when it gets to half gauge the light comes on then it runs out of fuel. If the units disconnected the gauge reads zero.

Is there any set up / calibration procedure?
or any known issues ?

Something of a known issue, yes. It was such a problem I think it made the press. It needs a new cluster or a repair by BBA but that can cost nearly as much as an exchange cluster from Audi.
