Here are some of the questions we've been asked about VAUX-COM
Q1, I've got a desktop and a laptop machine in my garage. Can I use the software on both?
A1, Yes. The license allows you to run the software on more than one machine, although you can only use one at a time because you need tto plug the hardware interface in to connect to the car.
Q2, Is the hardware USB or Serial, and how long is the cable?
A2, It's USB and has a 3 metre cable
Q3, Can it show why an alarm has gone off?
A3, Yes, the alarm codes can be retrieved in the following way:
When
you select an Alarm, there will be a separate "special functions"
button, which become active. If you press this button, you will see all
the stored alarm codes. This is valid for Astra-G, Zafira, Vectra-B,
Omega-B, so far (28/07/2007)
