Inside the interface is a sophisticated circuit with an independent microprocessor and memory together with the CAN controller, K-line drivers and other components necessary to allow VAG-COM to communicate with the car.

We only sell Ross-Tech approved genuine HEX-USB+CAN and
HEX-COM+CAN interfaces which work with all versions of VAG-COM, and are built with automatic protection from short circuits (like the aftermarket radio problem) and other faults which can easily damage inferior interfaces.

Interfaces come with 12 months no quibble guarantee. If it fails within 12 months, we'll replace it. All we ask is that you don't drown it, squash it, or burn it!

• Full colour printed installation instructions. Installing the software is easy, but if you get stuck you can you've got full colour instructions to refer to.
  
• Free expert telephone support for use and car diagnostics. Unless you're already experienced with VAG diagnostics, chances are you'll need some help from time to time while diagnosing cars with any tool. I've worked in "real life" car diagnostics for many years and you can give me a call while your plugged in and I'll help you out.
  

Updates to the latest software version are free and can be downloaded easily from the Ross-Tech website. New versions are set to make this even easier by downloading the update automatically ensuring your software is always right up to date.
