Can it retract the rear calipers for brake pad replacement?
Yes, VAG-COM can retract the electronic parking brake on late model cars for pad changing
Some late model VAG cars including the VW Passat have electrically powered rear brake calipers and before the rear brake pads can be changed the calipers must be retracted using a diagnostic tool.
VAG-COM does this in the Parking Brake module
